FAQs
Q: Do you provide the equipment directly?
A: We work with trusted NDIS-registered suppliers and help coordinate quotes, approvals, and deliveries for eligible participants.
Q: Will someone teach me how to use the devices?
A: Yes. We offer training and setup support to ensure you know how to use the technology confidently and safely.
Q: Do I need an assessment for assistive tech funding?
A: For most equipment, especially higher-cost items, the NDIS requires a clinical assessment from an allied health professional (e.g. OT or Speech Pathologist). We can help connect you with one.
Q: Can my family or carer be involved in the training?
A: Absolutely. We encourage family members and support workers to be part of the process so they can support you as needed.
